After watching your videos on the FLDS, Amanda Rae’s on the Kingstons, and now this one, it strikes me that these groups are crime syndicates. They use religion to coerce and subjugate the members. Power, money and sex, the age old story.

I've listened to both parts, and each session is intense. They are both excellent presenters, and I hope each continue to bring awareness to the PBCC cult.

I live in Canada. Good education to learn that there's this particular group active here.

So are you guys LDS? As I see a lot of similarities between the FLDS and the LDS religion. I feel like Brigham Young and Warren Jeffs are essentially the same person.

What we have to consider is that The Church of the Holy Lamb of God{Ervils group} is only one of many Le Baronite cults.

I live in San Francisco and there is so much more to Jonestown that does not compare to the FLDS. The area where the Peoples Temple was located was the Fillmore. That neighborhood was devastated during WWll when the Japanese were interned from there. Many African Americans swooped in to work in the shipyards and lived in the newly vacated homes. After it became a ghetto homes were destroyed and Geary became a quasi freeway that divided the community. These are the people who followed Jim Jones. The FLDS are more similar the The Branch Dravidians Now the Peoples Temple property is a giant post office

At 50 minutes in, and still loving it! I think Robin was conflating her own feeling with a “message from God.“ As a born again, Christian, we are taught to test everything against Scripture. That doesn’t mean we don’t have instincts. I think those instincts help us protect our families, ourselves, and others. Back in the day I watched Oprah. She had somebody on talking about women’s safety, and he said “Humans are the only animals to suppress their instincts. Especially women who don’t want to appear rude.“

I was never good enough to be on the ranch. Was in Texas for 2 years. I did help on a couple of special projects that weren't on the ranch. I had a pickup with a camper shell that I would put an air bed in the back. I had no idea that the people from the ranch were supposed to work 20 hrs a day. I was an workaholic in those days but I knew I needed 4 to 5 hours of sleep to be worth a dam. This would explain the funny looks I would get when I would pull my air bed out and get some sleep.

I grew up living next door to the blackmores in sparwood bc canada. now Rachel Jeffs / now Rachel Blackmore own the one beside us. I never knew they were considered a cult. some of my family are still in and growing up was a wonderful time there. I remember uncle winston smelled like cigars. and he liked to sing and play the guitar.

You have written books stating LDS and Jehovah’s Witnesses are cults. Now you admit that there are individuals who make their own beliefs in every religion, and THOSE beliefs which stray from their original religion are cults. So you owe LDS and Jehovah’s Witnesses an apology.

I don't agree with everything he believes however he seems to be the polar opposite of Kody Brown and I think I would love to see Brady and Kody on the same show being asked the same questions . And maybe Kody says something rude about Brady's family and then Brady maybe puts a boot in Kody's butt (I don't condone violence so I'm speaking figuratively) I don't have to agree with your religion or lifestyle and still point out who seems to be a good person and who is definitely NOT(Kody Brown)

Great interview. I'm definitely going to have to check out this podcast, especially since they have sects here in Canada. I went to university with a guy who was Brethren, he said. But I have no idea if it was this group or some other group.
